Minced beef, potato, and celery (age 6 months+)
A healthy diner recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Potato
- 2.2 oz minced beef (65 grams)
- 1 stalk of celery
- 4 cups of water
Instructions:
Step 1 – Wash and peel the celery and potato and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2 – Boil the potato and celery until soft, for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3 – Cook the beef in a pan with boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Step 4 – Add all the ingredients to a blender and add a little water. Mix the ingredients into a smooth puree.
