Ps. In this recipe, we used pink sweet potato. But any type of potato will do.
Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet potato
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 2.2 oz (65 grams) of boneless chicken
- A little bit of water or formula
Instructions:
Step 1 – Cut the chicken into cubes and cook them until they are well done. (about 10 minutes)
Step 2 – Clean the spinach using cold, running water. Steam the spinach for 5 minutes.
Step 3 – Peel the sweet potato and chop it into cubes. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 4 – Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix them into a nice puree.
Step 5 – You can add a little bit of water or formula to make the puree thinner.
